At work since 1949!

The company was founded in 1949 by Carlo Aspesi in Samarate (Varese province, Italy).
The first activity concerned manufacturing of small Milling machines.
In the mid-sixties the manufacturing of special machinery for working pressed and pre-sintered Hard-metal parts was started.

In 1980 the sons of the owner, Gianluigi and Giovanni Aspesi, joined the company.
This was the beginning of designing and manufacturing of special machinery according to exacting production requirements of the single customers.

At the beginning of the 90’ the company started manufacturing Rollfeed and carriages for Flying Cut-Off and Flying Press used in automatic Rollforming lines.
These machines are designed and manufactured for satisfying the precision requirements of companies that make profiles in the electrical cabinet field.

At present the Aspesi Carlo Macchine company is in the position to supply turn-key Profiling systems for producing precision profiles.
Furthermore, the manufacturing and the design of new machinery for pressed Hard metal processing has been brought forward.

Our Machines

Machinery for Sheet-metal processing

We are able to modify and/or to integrate your Production lines with our machines (Rollfeed, Carriages for Flying Cut-Off and Flying Press, Rollforming machines) or to supply turn-key Profiling lines.

We are specialised in building Lines for producing precision profiles and Rollforming machines for high-speed tasks.

Machinery for Hard-metal processing

Our machinery is suitable for working pressed or pre-sintered Hard-metal parts with reduced machining times without any risk of breakage.

The design of our machines prevents the exit of powder into the environment and also the penetration of powder into electronics and mechanical components.

The components involving the production process are made of stainless steel. Furthermore, the powder isn't contaminated by lubricants of any kind.
